Hailed as a complete ‘singing-actress’ in master works by Mozart, Verdi, Puccini, Bizet to contemporary composer Michel Dusapin, Michele Patzakis has performed as a leading soprano on world renown stages such as the Théatre de la Monnaie in Brussels, Zurich Opera, New York City Opera, the Spoleto Festival Italy and USA, and the Opera Company of Philadelphia. She has appeared as a concert soloist or in roles on the operatic stage under the direction of conductors such as Antonio Pappano, Michel Plasson, Philippe Herreweghe, Marcello Viotti, Marin Alsop and  Dennis Russell Davies. She equally loves the intimacy of art song and the recital stage as well as sharing familiar show tunes and American songbook favorites.
